Description

This 36 qt. fryer comes with a heavy duty welded fryer stand with a safety timer. There is a strainer basket for a crawfish boil or steaming lobsters and it has a stand and lifter for frying turkeys. It comes with a 5 PSIG valve hose regulator and 15″ thermometer to monitor the temperature of the oil or water. The unit is a CSA approved design.
